Effective June 1, 2026, Highland House will implement a 3% foam surcharge on select styles offering configurable cover options, including configurable upholstery and configurable cover case pieces (e.g., upholstered beds).

While we have recently absorbed increases across several key material categories—such as hardware and finishing components—the continued volatility in foam pricing necessitates a more immediate and targeted response on these specific SKUs.

We remain hopeful that supplier pricing will stabilize in the near term. Should conditions improve, our intent is to incorporate any remaining adjustments into a revised price list later this summer.
